Getting the most out of your L’Ambyounce experience
We recommend making reservations in advance as our peak times book quickly.
If this is your first visit as a guest to L’Ambyounce Day Spa please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure time to check-in, change into your robe, and relax in our facilities. We recommend a warm shower and a glass of water before any of our treatments.
What if I am late?
If you are running late this will not only compromise the overall effectiveness and enjoyment of your treatment but also as a courtesy to all our guests all treatments will be completed as scheduled, therefore your treatment may be reduced accordingly.
L’Ambyounce service is “World Class”. As our guest you will have complimentary use of the tranquil Relaxation Lounge, change rooms, lockers, showers, towels, robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hairdryers. All complimentary.
The L’Ambyounce Lounge
Prior to and following your treatment you may wish to take time out to sit back, relax and enjoy a cup of warm herbal tea, a revitalising juice or refreshing glass of water in our tranquil relaxation lounge. Allow extra time for relaxation and arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
You will be spoilt for choice with our array of healthy light refreshments which are provided complimentary in selected packages
L’Ambyounce Day Spa is an area of serenity and relaxation and as such we request that you are respectful of other spa guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and switch off your mobile phone before entering L’Ambyounce.
What to wear?
Please wear what is comfortable for you, as your are provided with a robe and slippers to wear during your visit and you will be allocated a locker for all of your personal belongings. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure that they meet with your level of comfort by appropriately draping body areas that are not a focus for the treatment. Underwear is optional during your treatment, however disposable underwear will be provided if desired. It is important that you are relaxed and comfortable at all times.
Please inform us at time of booking if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or have special needs so that we can advise you of services most appropriate to your needs.
Bookings & Payment
Bookings are Essential for all treatments. Payment of 50% is required at time of booking to secure your appointment. Cash & Major Credit cards accepted.
L’Ambyounce reserves the right to change prices at any time prior to receiving a firm booking and deposit.
A perfect way to enjoy time together with family or friends on that Special occassion. We can customise a menu of services to meet your group’s requirements and budget. Group booking can be scheduled any time of the week and can be developed to meet your specific needs.
Gift Cards are a thoughtful way to celebrate an occassion or to just simply say “Thank you”. Gift Cards may be made for any specific amount. Why not have a look at our boxed Gift Cards for an idea.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards expire 6 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the Gift Card can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires. Where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. This Gift Card should be treated like cash. L’Ambyounce Beauty & Spa disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen cards. All Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Gift Cards cannot be used between 15th Dec & 15th Jan.

Booking Changes or Cancellations
The treatments you select are prepared & reserved especially for you, therefore a valid credit card and telephone number is required to secure all treatments and packages. We require 24 hour notice to amend or cancel your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to changes or cancellations within this time. ‘No Show’ appointments are charged at 50% of the booking.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your booking will be fully refunded. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this “Booking change & Cancellation policy”. All prices include 10% GST, prices are subject to change without notice.
**If bookings are unable to be fullfilled, due to staff shortage or sickness, we will happily re-schedule your appointment.
For the safety of children and comfort of our guests, our facilities are reserved for clients 16 years and over.
